In case you’re new here, we LOVE Disney food here at Dole Whip and Castle. And that’s why we love all these copycat recipes like this Butternut Squash Soup. Sorry, not sorry! For this recipe, we’re heading to the Animal Kingdom Lodge to their excellent restaurant Boma. Now, of course this isn’t their only amazing restaurant. It just so happens to be the one this copycat recipe is from.
I don’t know what it is about this soup, there’s not much to it. But it is so completely spectacular that I could eat bowl after bowl!
If you’ve never been to the Animal Kingdom Lodge, we highly recommend it. You don’t have to be staying there to eat there. You can make reservations on your My Disney Experience App. And this is a restaurant that doesn’t always book up, but can get pretty busy, so Advanced Dining Reservations are recommended.
This isn’t their only great food either. There was so much yummy stuff, I wish I could recreate all of it at home. Maybe one day I will! Until then, check out our how-to video for this delicious soup. And you too can be eating this incredible dish in no time.
