Copycat Rocky Mountain Mudslide Recipe from Coral Reef Restaurant in Epcot.
This delicious drink is more like a dessert! With its rich chocolatey flavors, fluffy whipped cream, and a literal cherry on top, you’ll think you died and went to Epcot drinks heaven! We know a lot of people like “drinking around the world.” (Which is done in the World Showcase.) But, this is one drink outside of the World Showcase you won’t want to sleep on. The Rocky Mountain Mudslide is a drink we always have to order when we hit Coral Reef Restaurant. And my kids love the atmosphere at Coral Reef (so do I, if I’m being honest!) and so we eat here a lot! Which is hard because there’s so many amazing food options in Epcot.
Helpful Tip Alert!
If you don’t mind waiting a bit longer and your party isn’t larger (over 4 people) as the front desk when you check in if you could get a table up against the glass. The wait is a little longer, but the unobstructed view is something even my impatient kids are willing to wait for!
