MY TOP FAVORITE Gluten Free SNACKS AND DRINKS

MAGIC KINGDOM

Aloha Isle

Okay, if you haven’t guessed it by now, we’re obviously pretty big Dole Whip fans around here. This pineapple delight is perfect for a hot, sunny Florida day. Get it in a cup with just a swirl, or make it a float!

Gluten Free Snacks at Disney

Sunshine Tree Terrace

Orange cream in a cup is like a deconstructed dreamsicle. It’s the perfect blend of sweet and creamy with a citrus flavor. Very refreshing on a hot day.

Push Carts

Mickey Mouse ice cream bar! A must have for every trip because you just can’t beat vanilla ice cream covered in a thick coating of chocolate in the shape of Mickey’s face.

Starbucks on Main St.

I LOVE rice crispies treats, but it’s so hard to find them GF. Luckily, at most Starbucks you can find the Dream bar, a GF rice crispies treat with mini marshmallows flecked throughout.

Main St. Bakery

I love white chocolate dipped marshmallows so much. There’s usually two or three on some sort of skewer, dipped in white chocolate coated with sanding sugar. I really enjoy the combo of white chocolate and marshmallow because it’s so creamy. Be sure to look around if you stop in here, because you might find other GF goodies as well!

Gaston’s Tavern

This drink is so yummy! It’s frozen apple juice, with toasted marshmallow flavor and passion fruit/mango foam. I am not a big fan of apple juice and could do without the foam, yet I love this one. Also, if you can have dairy, they sell Babybel cheeses here. It makes a nice small snack.

EPCOT

Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie

It can be a little difficult to find gluten free snacks and meals in Epcot, but if you look carefully, you can definitely find yummy treats! The macaron at the France pavilion is a huge raspberry and lime delight.

L’Artisan des Glaces

This is vanilla and strawberry ice cream sandwiched between a macaron. It is delicious and pretty!

Joy of Tea

Peach milk tea with tapioca pearls-yum!

Kabuki Cafe

Okay, so I actually haven’t tried Kakigōri yet, but I’m dying to! It’s Japanese shaved ice in multiple flavors including Rainbow, Strawberry, Melon, Cherry, Tangerine, and Blue Raspberry. (There’s even an alcoholic version called Sake Mist!)

ANIMAL KINGDOM

Pongu Pongu

Night Blossom is a delicious slushie is comprised of sweet and sour flavors along with passion fruit boba balls on top. Very refreshing! You can also get an adult version.

Nomad Lounge

Okay, I haven’t personally tried the churros yet, either, but because I’ve heard such good things, I can’t wait to go back to Animal Kingdom to give them a go.

HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS

Woody’s Lunch Box

Totchos are yummy! A tater tot take on nachos with queso, shredded cheese, sour cream, and green onions with chili. You’ve got to try them, because they are delicious.

Peevy’s Polar Pipeline

If it’s an exceptionally hot day, check out this frozen concoctions stand. They have red and blue icees, which you can turn into an adult version because they have Bacardi rum, Tito’s vodka (labeled GF), and Jack Daniel’s whiskey that you can add to any slushie.
