We ate at Boma for the first time not too long ago and I had their Chicken Corn Chowder and it was love at first bite! We love visiting the Animal Kingdom Lodge, even when we’re not staying there. There are some great restaurants (like Boma) and they have some animals you can see (for free) in their open area in the back.
The atmosphere is so cool and the food is incredible! Boma dinner was all-you-care-to-eat. And let me tell you, we ate, and ate, and ate. But hands down, the shining star of the meal was the Chicken Corn Chowder! So I just had to get the recipe so I could make it at home.
